By downloading or playing StratoshiVibes Arcade ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game

StratoshiVibes Arcade is a free collection of games for entertainment. It has no advertising and no prizes, tokens, or rewards of any monetary value. Scores, badges, Passport levels and records have no value outside the game. Optional paid extras are described below.

Not financial advice

The game uses crypto-culture characters and short wallet-security tips for fun and general education. Nothing in the game is financial, investment, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the game, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it for harmful purposes, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Wallet connection

Connecting a wallet is optional. The game reads your public address and public assets. It only asks your wallet to approve something when you choose to buy an item in the Shop, and then only one transfer of the shown amount to the Arcade's wallet. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and for reviewing anything your wallet asks you to approve.

Purchases in the Arcade Shop

The Shop sells optional digital extras (for example extra levels, cosmetic items and badges). Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in SKR, SOL or USDC at the rate shown before you pay. Payments go directly to the Arcade's wallet on the Solana blockchain and include a short note that identifies the item.

Items are delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed. Before paying, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the item is delivered. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us or by you. If you paid and did not receive your item, use "Restore purchases" in the Shop or contact us with the transaction link and we will help.

Purchased items are tied to the wallet that paid. They are cosmetic or add content, and give no financial return. Network fees are paid to the Solana network, not to us.

Intellectual property

The StratoshiVibes name, the Degens characters and artwork, and the game's design are owned by StratoshiVibes. You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the game or its artwork without permission.

Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue the game or these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StratoshiVibes is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including loss of saved progress. Saved progress, Passport data and the list of your purchases are stored on your device; purchases can be restored from the blockchain.
